U.S. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns and exchanges are FREE and accepted up to 60 days after purchase with the original receipt or shipment summary.

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

If you have your shipment summary:

1) Complete the return form attached to your shipment summary and include it in your return shipment

You can send items from multiple orders in the same return shipment; just make sure you complete a form for each order.

2) We will send you a FREE shipping label to print and place on your return shipment and send it back to us.

If you lost your shipment summary

1) Go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the item you're returning.

2) Print and include it in your return shipment.

3) Print the FREE return label and place on your return shipment and send it back to us.

 

We are unable to issue cash or credit refunds on retail purchases returned via mail, however, you may make an exchange or receive a refund in the form of an Evie.shop Gift Card up to 60 days after purchase. If your return is not accompanied by the original receipt, the value of your return will be based on the most recent selling price on ....com. If the gear requested for exchange is not currently available, you will be issued an Evie.shop Gift Card. Evie.shop Gift Cards are redeemable at Evie.shopEvie.shop is not responsible for lost returns.


Refund or Exchange Time frame

Refunds

If you requested a refund, you will be notified via email within 7 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed. It can take up to an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 10-30 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.


Gift Returns

If you received our product as a gift and need to return it, we would be happy to accept the items back and issue an exchange for something different or issue a balance on Gift Card for the value of the items returned. Cash or credit refunds cannot be issued when returning a gift.

1) Print and complete this label and include it in your return shipment. If your gift came with a receipt or shipment summary, please also include it with your return shipment.

2) Print this FREE label to place on your return shipment and send it back to us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind everything we offer and make in our store. It’s proof of our relentless pursuit to empower athletes and people everywhere. So if you experience any issues with quality or performance of our gear, we’ll make it right.

 

In the rare occasion that your gear is damaged in transit, or that you receive the incorrect item, please contact our Support Team at Evie.shop
